Payment and house rules
How to pay for your stay, what is paid separately and on what terms we accept guests. Either way, the booking is confirmed by the owner — by phone or in a messenger.

There is no online payment and there will not be: no payment forms and no “pay” buttons on this site.
Dates and prices are shown by the calendar on each apartment page. After booking, write to us in a messenger — we will send the deposit details straight away; if you do not write, we will contact you ourselves. The deposit is what confirms the booking: until it arrives the dates are held for roughly a day and then released. The stay itself is paid by bank transfer or through SBP — check-in is contactless, so there is nobody at the door to take money.

If the rules are broken or a booking is cancelled
Breaking the rules means being asked to leave. The day of departure and the following day are not refunded.
If a booking is cancelled less than 2 days before arrival, the deposit is not returned.

If there are no more than two hours until arrival, no prepayment is needed. Otherwise a prepayment of one night is required.
House rules
- Smoking only in the designated area
- Not rented for parties or events
- Quiet hours from 23:00
- Guests must be 23 or older
- A photo ID is required at check-in
- A guest form is filled in at check-in
- No pets
Long stays
On stays longer than 6 days we clean the apartment free of charge.
