10 apartments of our own from a single owner: bank transfer, a contract and closing documents are arranged directly, with no agencies in between. An apartment instead of a hotel room usually costs less, and your accounts department gets the same set of papers.
What you get
Payment by bank transfer
Payment against an invoice from the company account. There is no online payment on this site — the invoice is issued by the owner.
Contract
A service contract with the sole proprietor. Details and terms are agreed before your staff arrive.
Closing documents
Contract, invoice and an act after the stay, so the costs can be booked. The business uses the simplified tax regime and works without VAT: no VAT invoice is issued.
Long stays
Rotational work, a month-long trip, shift changes. On long stays we clean free of charge every 6 days.
Several apartments at once
A group can be housed together: at Mira 367A two apartments share one landing, so colleagues live next door rather than across town.
Round-the-clock check-in
Check-in until 23:30, contactless: the door code arrives in a messenger. A late flight does not ruin the arrangement.
How it works
- 1You send a request: company, tax ID, dates and how many people to house.
- 2We pick apartments free on those dates and quote the price.
- 3We agree the contract and issue an invoice.
- 4Once paid, we book the apartments and send the check-in instructions.
- 5After the stay you receive the closing documents.
