An apartment for a few hours in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk

Sometimes a whole day is not needed: a flight in six hours, a layover, a meeting in town, or a booking that already started and has to run until the evening. We agree such cases separately — these are our own apartments and we decide when it is possible.

When it works

• Extending a booking already under way. Check-out is normally until 12:00, but if the apartment is free we will let you keep it for a few more hours.
• Low season. When occupancy is low, a short stay is possible in almost any apartment.
• A long layover. There is an apartment near the airport at Lenina 563/1 — sleep and take a shower between flights.

Terms

• We quote the price for the specific date and apartment: there is no fixed hourly rate, it depends on occupancy.
• Guests must be 23 or older, and a photo ID is required at check-in.
• Not rented for parties, shoots or events — neither by the day nor by the hour. Quiet hours from 23:00.
• Payment by bank transfer or through SBP. No online payment on this site.
