Personal data processing policy
This policy sets out which personal data the SakhArenda website processes, for what purpose, on what legal basis, and how a data subject can exercise their rights. It follows Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.
This is a translation provided for convenience. The legally binding text is the Russian one: Политика обработки персональных данных. Where the two differ, the Russian version prevails.
1. General provisions
The operator of the personal data processed when using the SakhArenda website and when submitting apartment booking requests is Индивидуальный предприниматель Дзех Татьяна Николаевна, INN 650110489897, OGRNIP 308650109300077, address: 693000, Сахалинская область, г. Южно-Сахалинск, пр-кт Мира, д. 367А, кв. 54 (the “Operator”).
The policy covers all personal data the Operator receives from a website visitor, a guest or a company representative (the “subject”) through the site forms, the booking widget, a phone call or a message in a messenger.
By sending a request through any of these channels, the subject confirms that they have read this policy and consent to their personal data being processed on the terms it sets out.
2. What data is processed
The site collects only the data the subject provides themselves when sending a request, plus anonymised technical data about the visit. Special categories of personal data (health, religious or political views and the like) are neither requested nor processed.
Guests — private individuals
- name;
- phone number;
- arrival and departure dates;
- number of guests;
- a comment, if the guest left one.
Companies and business travellers
In addition to the above, a company request provides:
- the company name;
- the company tax ID (INN);
- the full name of the contact person.
Anonymised visitor data
Cookies, IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and the source of the visit — collected by Yandex.Metrica and not linked to the name, phone number or any other information from a booking request.
3. Purposes of processing
Personal data is processed in order to:
- accept and handle a request for a daily or hourly booking and contact the guest to confirm the dates and check-in details;
- conclude and perform a residential tenancy agreement and prepare accounting and closing documents for companies and business travellers;
- answer a question or enquiry received through the site, by phone or in a messenger;
- keep anonymised traffic statistics and improve how the site works.
4. Legal grounds for processing
Personal data is processed on the basis of:
- the data subject’s consent, expressed by sending a request through a site form, the booking widget or a messenger (clause 1, part 1, article 6 of 152-FZ);
- the need to perform a contract to which the subject is a party or a beneficiary — the residential tenancy agreement (clause 5, part 1, article 6 of 152-FZ);
- the requirements of Russian accounting and tax law, as regards keeping closing documents issued to companies.
5. Procedure and periods of processing
Processing is carried out both by automated means (site forms, the booking widget, messengers) and by non-automated means — by phone and when a paper contract is signed at check-in.
Data is kept no longer than is necessary for the purposes it was obtained for. Requests that did not result in a booking are deleted within a reasonable time once they are no longer relevant. Data on concluded tenancy agreements and closing documents for companies is kept for the periods set by Russian accounting and tax law.
The subject may withdraw consent at any time, after which processing stops, except where it is required by law — for example, keeping documents for tax reporting.
6. Transfer to third parties
The Operator does not sell personal data and does not pass it to third parties for their own purposes. To run the site and handle requests the Operator uses:
- the RealtyCalendar online booking service (the HomeReserve widget) — to work out dates and pass on request data;
- a hosting provider — to host and store the site;
- Yandex LLC (Yandex.Metrica) — to collect anonymised traffic statistics (see section 8).
A request sent by a guest through WhatsApp, Telegram or MAX is additionally processed by that messenger’s infrastructure under its own privacy policy — this happens at the guest’s own initiative, not by a decision of the Operator.
The Operator does not deliberately transfer personal data outside the Russian Federation.
7. Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to:
- obtain information about which of their data is processed and for what purpose;
- demand that inaccurate data be clarified, corrected or completed;
- withdraw consent to processing at any time;
- appeal against the Operator’s actions or inaction to Roskomnadzor or in court.
To exercise any of these rights, call +7 914 756-22-60 or send a written request to the Operator at: 693000, Сахалинская область, г. Южно-Сахалинск, пр-кт Мира, д. 367А, кв. 54. The Operator reviews the request and replies within the period set by 152-FZ.
8. Cookies and Yandex.Metrica
The site uses cookies and the Yandex.Metrica counter to understand which pages guests use and to make the site more convenient. Metrica collects anonymised data: cookies, IP address, device and browser type, movement between pages, the source of the visit. This data is not linked to a name, phone number or any other information from a booking request.
Session recording (Webvisor) is enabled in Metrica: it records anonymised actions on the page — cursor movement, scrolling, clicks. The recordings show where a guest fails to find what they need. Webvisor does not save the contents of input fields.
Cookies can be limited or deleted in your browser settings — some site features will keep working, and traffic statistics will stop being collected. On a first visit the site shows a notice about cookies and Metrica with a link to this document.

10. Changes to the policy
The Operator may change the text of the policy. The current version is always published on this page. Changes take effect from the moment of publication on the site unless the new version states otherwise.
The revision date is shown at the top of the document. Until the date of the current revision is confirmed, no date is displayed — silence is more accurate than an arbitrary date.
