Why a business trip needs a bank transfer
Cash on a business trip means an expense report, receipts that go missing and an employee paying out of pocket. Paying by bank transfer removes all of it at once: the company pays from its account, the employee spends nothing, and the accounts department gets the documents before the month closes.
An apartment usually costs less than a hotel room, and for two to four employees noticeably less: you pay for the flat as a whole rather than per person.
What the accounts department receives
- a contract, agreed before arrival;
- an invoice, issued by the owner;
- an act after the stay.
There is no VAT invoice in this set: the business uses the simplified tax regime and does not pay VAT, so there is nothing to reclaim. Worth knowing in advance rather than at the end of the month.
The documents come from the same person who owns the apartments. There is no chain of intermediaries between your company and the owner, so there is nobody else to agree the paperwork with.
How it works, step by step
- you send a request with the dates, the number of employees and your details;
- we pick apartments and confirm the free dates;
- we issue an invoice, you pay from the company account;
- the employees check in; after check-out you receive the act and the contract.
There is no card payment on this site.
No screen asks for card details. Companies pay against an invoice; private guests pay by transfer or through SBP.
Long trips and groups
If employees are coming for a long time, or there are several of them, it is worth discussing the whole arrangement: we have 10 apartments of our own in 3 areas of the city, and two of them share one landing. You will not assemble such a pair through an aggregator, where the flats belong to different owners.
