What it costs
A night in an apartment in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk starts from 4 000 ₽. The exact figure is worked out by the calendar on the apartment page once the dates and the number of guests are set: the price depends on both. That is why the catalogue says “from” — not as a trick, but because the same apartment costs differently for two people and for four.
The price includes everything the apartment is equipped with: a kitchen with cookware and appliances, a washing machine, Wi-Fi, fresh linen and towels, toiletries. Cleaning is done before you arrive, and on stays longer than 6 days it is repeated free of charge. There is no separate charge for linen, for cleaning or for entering the building.
The deposit is separate money
A deposit from 5 000 ₽ is not part of the price of the stay and not a prepayment. It is a refundable amount against damage: after check-out and a check of the apartment it is returned in full. The size depends on the apartment and the number of guests.
The deposit is accepted by bank transfer only.
It cannot be paid in cash or by card — worth planning for in advance rather than sorting out at the door. If a booking is cancelled less than 2 days before arrival, the deposit is not returned.
There is no online payment on this site: no screen asks for card details. Accommodation is paid by bank transfer or through SBP, and if a company is paying — against an invoice.
Check-in, check-out and the billing hour
Check-in is from 14:00, check-out until 12:00. The hours are set by cleaning: between guests the apartment has to be put in order, and that takes from two to five hours.
Late arrivals are normal for Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, so we check guests in until 23:30 and contactlessly: the door code arrives in a messenger and nobody comes to meet you. Requests are accepted around the clock.

What business travellers get

We have 10 apartments of our own near the regional hospital, by the university and next to the airport — all ours, so the condition of the housing and the price are on us, not on a platform. Alongside them the catalogue also has apartments run by our colleagues: they are marked, and booking goes directly to their owner.
